Outsourced front office · Tucson, Arizona

There's a gap between the demand you have and the revenue you book.

Some of it is calls nobody answers. Some of it is sitting in the customer list you already own. Some of it is accounts nobody has ever called. We close all three — for one company per market.

The problem

Three leaks. One reason they stay open.

Demand doesn't arrive in one form, and it doesn't leak in one place. Most owners only ever see the first of these.

LEAK 01

Demand that arrives and isn't caught

The phone rings after five and goes to voicemail. A form comes in at 9pm and gets a callback Tuesday. You underestimate this one, because the calls you miss leave no record.

LEAK 02

Demand already sitting in your business

Past customers. Quotes that were declined. Work that got deferred. Agreements about to expire. The cheapest revenue you have access to — and nobody's job is to work it.

LEAK 03

Demand nobody goes and gets

Accounts in your territory that are reachable, profitable, and have never been contacted. Prospecting is a full-time role, and most businesses can't justify one.

These aren't three problems. They're one problem in three places: nobody in the building owns the question "did demand actually become revenue?"

What we do

Four phases, built in order.

It starts with a conversation about your week, not a product demo. Then each layer goes live before the next begins, so you can see it working before you're asked to trust the rest.

PHASE 00
Before we build

The Walkthrough

We find the hours before we build anything

We sit down and go through your week — where the phone interrupts you, what gets written down twice, which calls you take that somebody else could, and what falls through when you're busy. Then we agree on what's worth automating and what should stay human. Everything after this is built around that conversation, not a template.

  • Where your time actually goes
  • What's worth automating — and what isn't
  • How you want calls handled
  • What counts as an emergency
  • Where work currently falls through
  • What your evenings look like — invoicing, quotes, receipts
  • Your dashboard set up how you want it
PHASE 01
Week one

The Front Door

Nothing gets in without being captured

Every call answered — days, nights, weekends, and the second and third call that arrive while someone's already on the first. Our voice agent takes complete information, judges urgency, books into your calendar, and escalates real emergencies to whoever is on call.

  • 24/7 call answering and triage
  • After-hours emergency routing
  • Booking straight into your calendar
  • Full transcript of every call
  • Your dashboard, live on your phone
  • English, Spanish, and more

About text messaging

You'll notice texting isn't in the list above. Calls are live in your first week, but text messaging switches on roughly two weeks later — federal carrier registration has to approve your business before any company is allowed to send automated texts on its behalf. We file it the day you sign, and it's the same wait for everyone. You should hear it from us up front rather than find out in week two.

At launch, texting covers appointment confirmations, arrival updates, and job-related notices — direct follow-up on something your customer already asked for. Broader campaign texting (win-back outreach, renewal reminders, seasonal promotions) rolls in as a later addition, so it's built on a fully reviewed compliance footing rather than rushed alongside everything else.

PHASE 02
Weeks 3–8

The Database Engine

The revenue already inside your business

We take your customer records, organize them, and put them to work. This is where you get a number you can check against your own books — usually within a few weeks, with no advertising spend at all. For clients whose evenings disappear into invoicing and receipts, we can plug that in here too — once we've seen your real jobs and your real books, not before.

  • Customer records cleaned up
  • Past customers identified and organized
  • Declined work followed up
  • Service and renewal reminders
  • Seasonal campaigns, added in stages
  • Review requests after every job
  • Invoicing drafted the moment a job's done
  • Receipts logged straight to your books

Automated win-back and renewal texting is introduced once your account clears the extra compliance review that broader campaign messaging requires — outreach in the meantime runs through email and manual follow-up so nothing sits idle.

No existing customer list to work from? Just as valuable in the other direction — we build your database from scratch starting the day you sign, so every call, quote, and job becomes clean, organized records instead of scattered memory. Either way, the work happening behind the scenes is the same.

PHASE 03
Month three

The Growth Engine

The accounts and relationships nobody's building yet

The layer that compounds. We build a list of the accounts and referral relationships that matter most in your business — worked every month under your name, alongside your local search presence, reviews, and advertising.

  • Account and referral partner outreach
  • Qualified meetings on your calendar
  • Local search and map visibility
  • Review and reputation management
  • Advertising managed for you
  • Quarterly strategy session
Why us

Everyone does one piece. Nobody does all of it.

Answering services take messages. Software makes you run it yourself. Agencies never touch your phone. We do the whole thing, and one person is accountable for whether it worked.

You get a person, not a portal

No account manager rotation, no ticket queue, no support line in another state. You have a phone number that reaches the person who built your system.

A dashboard on your phone

Every call, booking, and message as it happens — plus what it's worth. Open it at a red light, know exactly where your business stands. Nothing to learn and nothing to maintain.

You own everything

Your phone number, your customer data, your ad accounts, your reviews. Advertising spend goes straight to the platforms on your card — we never mark it up or hold it.

One company per market

Your competitors can't hire us.

When you sign, you write down up to eight businesses you consider direct competitors. Those names go into the agreement. We don't work with any of them while you're a client, or for ninety days after you leave.

You know who you actually lose work to better than we ever will — so you define the list, not us.

Plenty of firms will tell you they protect your territory. Ask them to put the names in the contract.

Exclusivity schedule Attached to your agreement

Eight names. Yours to fill in.

Pricing

One rate. Everything included.

No per-minute billing, no per-call charges, no tiers. Advertising spend is separate and goes directly to the platforms on your own card.

Founding rate · first three clients
$3,000 / month
Standard rate $5,000/month — founding clients keep this rate permanently
+ $2,000 one-time setup. Onboarding, system build, and your first campaigns.

60-day exit, no penalty. If it isn't working, you leave. We'd rather earn month three than trap you into it.

Getting started

Answering calls in seven days.

You tell us about your business once. We handle everything after that — setup, configuration, updates, adjustments. You never learn software.

STEP 01

We walk through your week

Where the phone interrupts you, what gets done twice, what falls through. Then we agree what's worth automating.

STEP 02

We build it

Voice agent, phone setup, calendar connection, escalation rules. Then we test it until it's right.

STEP 03

We go live

Calls answered from week one. Texting follows about two weeks later, once carrier registration clears.

STEP 04

We run it

Monthly revenue reports and quarterly planning in person. We stay involved so you never have to think about it.

Already have someone answering the phone?

Then we work around them. We can take over after five, cover weekends only, or just catch the calls your team can't get to. Nobody gets replaced — we handle what one person can't.

From the founder

Every business owner I talked to had the same problem. They were losing work at the front door and didn't have time to fix it. The tools to fix it existed — but nobody was setting them up, running them, and staying accountable for whether they worked.

That's the whole company. We build the system, we run it, and we sit down with you every quarter to make sure it's still earning its keep. And if something breaks, you call me. Not a support line.
