Services: Major Communications provides AI-powered phone answering, appointment booking, and two-way SMS communication services for home service contractors. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis following a one-time setup fee.
Payment: The setup fee of $250 is due upon signing. The first month's service fee of $549 is due at the start of service. Subsequent months are billed at $899 per month. No refunds are provided on setup fees. Monthly service may be cancelled after the first month with 30 days written notice.
Acceptable Use: You agree to provide accurate business information for AI configuration. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability: Major Communications is not liable for missed calls, lost revenue, or any indirect damages arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.
